How to use.

TOOTHPASTE: Place a small amount of toothpaste on your toothbrush, brush your teeth, tongue, and gently massage your gums, then spit out.

RINSE: EION MOUTHWASH 500 ML: Shake vigorously, pour 10 ml, swish around in your mouth for 30 seconds and spit out.

Repeat at least 3 times a day or after each meal
